Having spent more than 30 years in the fitness industry helping people reach their long term health and fitness goals, I came to notice a trend in the concerns of my clients. While they are making the steps to take care of their personal health, there are needs in their financial health. More specifically, the need to ensure their families are taken care of should anything happen.

It was for this reason I started with Investors Group in 2009. There, I received the education, training, and most importantly, the experience I needed to be able to help my clients prepare for the financial futures of their families.

At the end of 2015, I took the next step in my financial and insurance career and launched my own independent insurance brokerage. I am now able to offer my clients more options and maintain a higher personal approach.

I am a proud father of three awesome kids and a humble husband to an incredible woman. We have called Whitby, Ontario home since 2004 and are active in the local hockey and ringette community.

Ralph has recently joined the team as a Senior Consultant. This transition follows his decision to name us as the successor to Best Plan Insurance & Financial Strategies, ensuring continuity of care for his valued clients.

Ralph has been a CFP for over 20 years, and we are proud to carry forward his legacy of trusted client service and financial expertise.

Leah joined the team in July 2024 as a summer student, assisting in updating policies, procedures and client files to ensure compliance with industry standards. Leah has continued on as a part-time administrative assistant and has also been building our online presence through social media. Leah graduated from law school in 2025 and is excited for this opportunity to learn more about the financial sector.

Meet Mahvish! With over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mahvish has built a diverse career spanning banking, debt solutions, auto finance and compliance. She has more than three years experience in the life insurance industry as an Administrative Assistant. She is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, staying organized, and supporting both clients and advisors with professionalism and attention to detail.

Outside of work, she is a proud mom of three incredible children, she who enjoys cooking, hiking, and strength + HIIT training at the gym. She believes balance, dedication, and continuous growth are key to both personal and professional success.
